Bicycle maintenance and repair is a useful skill that saves you time and money.
SAFETY CHECK – free – the same as when I do it, except you do it. We put the bike in the stand and I talk you through the basic checks. We spot faults and work out what needs doing.
PUNCTURE REPAIR – 1 hour – £10 per person. Get a group of kids together (minimum three) and I will teach them to fix their own punctures.
GENERAL SERVICE – we carry out all the jobs that we’ve decided need doing, but you take the lead. I hand you all the tools, talk you through all the processes, and make sure you understand everything that you are doing. My teaching rate is £25 per hour.
